AircrewLab uses account information to provide the service, process membership access, protect accounts, record training progress and operate customer support. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by AircrewLab.

Marketing

Marketing and training-update emails are sent only where you have opted in or where another lawful basis for a specific message applies. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. AircrewLab keeps a record of the consent state so preferences can be respected.

Attribution

If you arrive through a campaign or referral link, AircrewLab can keep the source in your temporary session and save it to your account when you register. The launch build does not place non-essential third-party advertising cookies by default.

Processors

Hosting, payment and email-delivery providers may process data on AircrewLab's behalf to deliver the service. Exact providers should be listed here when the production accounts are connected.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict or object to processing, or complain to a supervisory authority.
